ABOUT SARAH

Sarah Berry is a coach, facilitator, speaker, and community builder whose work explores what it means to trust ourselves, stay connected to each other, and build lives that actually feel like our own.

With a BFA, a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, and nearly a decade of coaching experience, Sarah’s work sits at the intersection of human connection, belonging, and the growing exhaustion so many of us feel trying to keep up with modern ideas of success.

Through her speaking and workshops, Sarah challenges cultural messages around worth, achievement, independence, and productivity, inviting people to consider a more human way of living—one rooted in authenticity, dignity, interdependence, and connection.

Her coaching brings those same ideas into the very real, very messy moments when they’re hardest to practice. She works with people navigating difficult decisions, transitions, relationships, and boundaries—helping them quiet the noise of expectations and fear so they can hear themselves more clearly and move forward with greater trust in what they already know.

Sarah has also developed and piloted facilitator training programs for Marco Polo and the Women’s Business Center of Utah, helping leaders create spaces where people feel safe, included, and genuinely valued.

As a single mom raising four teenagers, Sarah’s perspective is deeply shaped by real life, not just theory. She lives in Salt Lake City with her four kids, an impressive number of snack wrappers, and a very realistic understanding of what “balance” actually looks like.
