Support that doesn’t make you wait for your next appointment.

No standing weekly appointments. Reach out when you’re second-guessing the decision, preparing for the conversation, freaking out afterward, or simply need someone steady in your corner.

Knowing what to do when you’re calm is one thing.

Remembering any of it when your nervous system is losing its mind is another.

Sometimes you just need someone there to help you find your way back to yourself.

What is On-Demand Coaching?

MY PHILOSOPHY

You are the expert on your own life.

1

There’s no assumption that someone outside of you knows what’s best for you. But we all need someone outside our own heads who can ask good questions, notice patterns, reflect back what you’ve said, and help us recognize when fear has grabbed the microphone.

Fear and intuition aren’t the same thing.

2

Sometimes the answer is actually pretty clear—the scary part is accepting it or acting on it. We make room to untangle what you know from all the fear, doubt, and but what ifs surrounding it.

Discomfort doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

3

A good decision can still feel terrifying. A necessary boundary can still make you feel guilty. The right next step can come with grief, uncertainty, or a strong desire to crawl under a blanket and avoid the whole thing.

Curiosity over Judgement

There’s no judgment here. Instead of deciding that a choice, reaction, or old pattern means something is wrong with you, we’ll get curious about it. Why does this keep coming up? What is this reaction trying to protect? What makes this feel so hard? Curiosity gives us something to work with. Judgment usually just makes an already hard thing harder.

4

Being human is not a problem to solve.

5

You can know better and still fall into an old pattern. You can be brave and scared at the same time. You can need reassurance about something you were completely certain about yesterday. There’s no shame attached to any of it.

We aren’t meant to do hard things alone.

6

Needing support isn’t a reflection of your capability. Humans are relational creatures. Sometimes having someone steady beside you makes it a whole lot easier to do the brave thing you already know you need to do.

Hear what past clients are saying

  • "I have been working with Sarah to really push myself in ways I wasn’t able to on my own. The result so far has been incredible! I was hesitant to try coaching at first, but it has been so refreshing and helpful to get passed roadblocks I didn't even know existed! I cannot say enough good things about her."

    Christie

  • "Sarah has been such a wonderful support and voice of love for me. Her insight and deep questions have enabled me to discover what I'm capable of, and start me on the track of finding myself again. She was interested in my story and made me feel important from the very beginning.

    Amy

  • "Sarah truly helped me find myself. I didn’t change, she just helped me find what was already there. Sarah is amazing at being caring, empathetic, understanding and authentic. She helped me remember that my feelings are valid and true and I should never be ashamed of them.

    Lauren

  • “Before I started coaching I was struggling to work through lost friendships and relationships while also attempting to set career goals and find my footing amidst many passions. After each of our conversations I felt rejuvenated and refreshed with a desire to continue learning and to look at mistakes as trajectories to growth and not as set backs. I feel more grounded and in tune with my inner wisdom. Sarah is dedicated to her craft, and from the first call it shows. I am (and will be) forever grateful for the genuine connection I made with Sarah and for the loving space she created that allowed me to take shape into the person I am today. I cannot recommend her highly enough."

    Nicole

  • Sarah, through her compassion and empathy, gave me the safety for me to be vulnerable, and helped me see the real me and what I am capable of. Her authenticity and her service mindset is a real gift to me. After every conversation with her, I feel moved, inspired and ready to take on every challenge that comes my way.

    Manoj

  • Sarah and I started working together when life had gotten a little stressful and overwhelming, and immediately Sarah was able to help me start parsing things apart to not only better understand myself and get back in touch with different parts of myself, but also to frame how to respond and take actions as needed. It was priceless to me and so supportive to have Sarah’s ear to listen and reflect when a lot was happening in my life behind the scenes! I always felt so heard and supported, which made such a difference in how I could show up each day.

Do any of these sound like you?

  • You finally say what you need and then immediately want to take it back because it made someone else uncomfortable.

  • You keep giving something “a little more time” even though you’ve been saying that for quite a while now.

  • You’re going through something hard and don’t want to feel like a burden or like you have to make it sound less hard so other people don’t worry.

  • You know something needs to change, but actually changing it feels terrifying.

  • You wish you had someone who understood how big the little wins actually are.

  • You’re trying to figure out whether the feeling in your gut is intuition or anxiety doing a very convincing impression of intuition.

  • You’re capable, thoughtful, and self-aware, and still occasionally need another human to say, “Nope, you’re not crazy. Keep going.”
